Verification Policy
What the Kamarotina Verified badge means — and what it does not mean.
Version 1.0 · This document is published in English, which is the authoritative version.
What Verified means
Verified indicates that Kamarotina has completed the verification checks described below at the relevant time. Verification is not a warranty, guarantee or endorsement of future performance, product quality, service quality, availability, solvency, insurance or legal compliance beyond the checks expressly stated here.
Checks we carry out
We confirm that the business exists and is contactable; that the contact details we publish reach the business; that the person who submitted or claimed the listing states they are authorised to represent it; that the described categories, service areas and delivery options match what the business tells us; and that the business has accepted the Supplier Terms.
What we do not check
We do not audit product or service quality, financial standing or solvency, insurance cover, tax compliance, staff qualifications, health and safety practices, or every licence or permit unless a specific check is expressly stated for that supplier. We do not test deliveries or inspect premises unless stated.
Who controls verification
Only Kamarotina administrators grant, maintain or withdraw Verified status. Suppliers cannot set it themselves. Where useful, the date of verification is displayed so you can judge how recent it is.
When verification is removed
We may withdraw the badge if information becomes inaccurate, the business stops responding, substantiated reports indicate a serious problem, the Supplier Terms are breached, or the business asks us to remove it.
Verification can become outdated
Businesses change. Always confirm price, availability, delivery and terms directly with the supplier before you commit. Suppliers remain fully responsible for their own products and services.
