A. A complaint about Kamarotina

Write to hello@kamarotina.life describing what happened, including dates and screenshots where helpful. We respond as soon as we can.

B. A report about supplier information or content

Use the report form for false information, fraud, illegal content, impersonation or misuse of the Verified badge.

C. A commercial dispute with a supplier

The underlying commercial dispute is between you and the supplier. Kamarotina may accept a report about the supplier for platform-safety purposes, but does not adjudicate or guarantee settlement of the underlying transaction unless required by law.

Following substantiated reports we may review Verified status, restrict or remove a supplier, and cooperate with lawful authorities. Submitting a report does not make Kamarotina a party to your transaction and does not create a right to reimbursement by Kamarotina.
