Who we are

Account data

If you create an account we process your e-mail address and authentication data, on the basis of performing our agreement with you.

Uploaded files and AI processing

Preference lists, recipes, photos and PDFs you upload are processed to produce the result you asked for. Temporary files used only for extraction are not kept longer than needed; saved lists and recipes stay until you delete them.

Upload only information you are authorised to process. Avoid passports, banking details and unnecessary medical or other sensitive information.

Saved recipes, preference lists and shopping lists

Content you save is private to your account and visible only to you, except in shared workspaces where you have chosen to collaborate.

Location

Your position is used only when you explicitly allow location access or choose a location. It is used in your browser to sort suppliers by distance and stored on your device so we do not ask again. We do not continuously track you and do not build a movement history. You can search by a chosen location without GPS.

Legal acceptance and supplier contact events

When you accept the Terms or the contact disclaimer, we record the document type, version, a server timestamp and where acceptance happened, as evidence of acceptance (legal obligation and legitimate interest).

When you choose Call, WhatsApp, Email, Website, Share list or Send request, we record who initiated it, which supplier, which action and which legal versions were in force. We do not record the content of your conversations and do not track what happens after you leave the platform. Contact events are kept for approximately 730 days.

Reports and complaints

If you submit a report, we process the details you provide so we can review it. Reports are not public and are visible only to you and to administrators.

Analytics

We record anonymous usage events, such as which category was searched, to improve the platform. They contain no names, e-mail addresses or precise coordinates.

Data minimisation

We collect only what is reasonably necessary. We do not use device fingerprinting, do not store precise location history and do not store the content of your messages with suppliers.

Processors and third parties

We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, AI processing and business data (including Google Places). They process data on our instructions. When you open a supplier website, WhatsApp, a maps app or a phone or e-mail app, that third party's own rules apply.

Retention

Indicative retention: legal acceptance records approximately 2555 days, contact events 730 days, reports 1095 days, temporary uploads up to 30 days. Account content is kept until you delete it or close your account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, export, deletion or restriction of your data and object to processing. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Accepting the Terms is not consent for every processing purpose; each purpose has its own legal basis. Marketing e-mails, where offered, require separate optional consent.

Disclosure to authorities

We may disclose information where legally required by law, a court order or a competent authority, or where another valid legal basis applies. We do not disclose voluntarily without a legal basis.

Security

Access to personal data is restricted by authentication and database-level access rules. Acceptance and contact-event records cannot be modified or deleted by ordinary users.
