1. About Kamarotina

Kamarotina (trading name: Kamarotina) operates a digital platform for yacht interior crew. Registered entity details are published on the Legal Notice page. Contact: hello@kamarotina.life.

2. Eligibility

You may use the platform if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements. Business users must be authorised to act for the business they represent.

3. Nature of the platform

Kamarotina is a digital information, discovery and intermediation platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, Kamarotina is not the seller, the supplier, the purchaser, the customer, a commercial agent, a representative of any supplier, an employer, an employment agency, a courier, a delivery company, a logistics provider, a storage provider, an insurer, a guarantor, an escrow provider, a payment processor, or a party to agreements concluded between users and suppliers.

Kamarotina's role is limited to facilitating discovery, information and contact.

4. User accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your credentials secure. Account creation requires acceptance of these Terms through an explicit, unticked confirmation.

5. Supplier search

Search results are organised using the parameters described in the Supplier Ranking Policy. Results are informational and do not constitute an offer by any supplier.

6. Third-party supplier information

Businesses shown on the platform may come from the Kamarotina database, from Google Places or other supported Google business data, or from legitimate public or official business sources.

A business appearing in results is not automatically endorsed, approved, certified, guaranteed or Verified by Kamarotina. Third-party information can change at any time. Please confirm availability, prices, address, opening hours, products, services and delivery directly with the business before relying on them.

7. Verified suppliers

Verified indicates that Kamarotina has completed the verification checks described in the Verification Policy at the relevant time. Verification is not a warranty, guarantee or endorsement of future performance, product quality, service quality, availability, solvency, insurance or legal compliance beyond the checks expressly stated in the Verification Policy.

8. AI and automated tools

Kamarotina's AI features assist with organisation, categorisation, calculations, preference extraction, recipe extraction and supplier-category matching. AI output is informational and assistive and may contain errors.

You must review quantities, products, brands, locations and instructions before acting on them. AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

9. Contact handoff

A Contact Handoff occurs when you choose an action such as Call, WhatsApp, Email, Visit Website, Directions, Share Provision List, Send Supplier Request or Copy Supplier Contact Details, or otherwise obtain contact information in order to communicate directly with a third-party supplier.

After a Contact Handoff, any negotiation, quotation, order, booking, agreement, payment, invoice, delivery, cancellation, refund or dispute is directly between you and the supplier. Kamarotina is not a party to that relationship.

10. Independent transactions

Kamarotina helps you discover and contact independent third-party suppliers and service providers.

Suppliers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents or representatives of Kamarotina.

If you choose to contact a supplier, any subsequent communication, quotation, order, agreement, payment, delivery or service is made directly between you and that supplier.

Kamarotina is not a party to that transaction and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for the supplier's acts or omissions, availability, pricing, performance, delivery, product or service quality, payment disputes or other matters arising from the independent relationship between you and the supplier.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. User responsibilities

You remain responsible for evaluating a supplier before entering into a transaction, including where relevant: price, availability, product specifications, service scope, delivery terms, cancellation terms, payment terms, licences, insurance, invoices and receipts, suitability for your yacht, and safety requirements.

Kamarotina tools and AI do not replace professional judgment.

12. Supplier responsibilities

Suppliers are solely responsible for their business, representations, products, services, prices, availability, delivery, commercial terms, taxes and VAT, receipts and invoices, permits and licences, product and service compliance, applicable consumer or business obligations, refunds and warranties where applicable, and claims relating to their own products and services. 13. No agency or employment relationship

Nothing in the use of Kamarotina creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, agency or fiduciary relationship between Kamarotina and a supplier or user. No supplier may present itself as an official Kamarotina agent unless separately authorised in writing.

14. Payments and transactions

Kamarotina does not currently collect or hold payment for independent supplier transactions unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise. Commercial contracts are concluded directly between users and suppliers after contact is made outside the platform.

15. User content

You may upload preference lists, recipes, photos, PDFs and shopping lists. You confirm that you are entitled to upload and have processed such content lawfully.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Kamarotina only the licence necessary to process it, store it where you choose to save it, display it back to you and provide the functions you request.

Upload only information you are authorised to process and that is necessary for the service. Do not upload passports, banking details, unnecessary medical information or other excessive sensitive information.

16. Prohibited use

You must not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, illegal goods or services, misleading supplier data, malware, scraping contrary to law or these Terms, harassment, abusive automated requests, misuse of supplier contact details, spam, fake reviews, false Verified claims or unlawful uploads.

17. Illegal content and reporting

Anyone can report a supplier, a listing or information through the Report page. Where we obtain sufficiently specific knowledge of illegal content or activity on the platform, we operate a prompt review, removal or disablement process consistent with applicable law, and we give reasoned decisions where required.

18. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, brand and original content are protected. You may not copy, resell or systematically extract them without permission. Supplier names, logos and third-party data remain the property of their owners.

19. Third-party services

The platform links to supplier websites, Google Maps, WhatsApp, telephone and email applications and other third-party services. Once you access a third-party service, that third party's own terms and privacy rules may apply. Kamarotina does not control third-party websites or applications.

20. Availability of the platform

Kamarotina does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Supplier, search and API data may be temporarily unavailable, location services may be inaccurate or unavailable, public records may change, and AI outputs may contain errors.

21. Disclaimers

Kamarotina does not guarantee supplier, product or service availability, prices, quotations, delivery time or completion, product or service quality, merchant solvency or insurance, licences unless specifically verified, suitability for a particular yacht, correctness of third-party opening hours, accuracy of every third-party phone number, uninterrupted service, that every third-party record is current, that a supplier will accept an order or issue a particular commercial offer, or that transactions between users and suppliers will be successful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory statutory rights or obligations applicable to Kamarotina.

22. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kamarotina shall not be liable for losses, damages, claims, costs or disputes arising solely from the independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or from transactions independently entered into between users and suppliers after contact has been facilitated through the platform.

This includes, by way of example: non-delivery, late delivery, incorrect delivery, quality disputes, pricing disputes, payment disputes, cancellations, refund disputes, supplier misconduct, property damage caused by a supplier, service disputes and incorrect third-party business information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kamarotina will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from an independent user-supplier transaction. This wording does not apply where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory statutory rights or obligations applicable to Kamarotina.

23. Indemnity

To the extent legally valid in your jurisdiction, you agree to cover reasonable losses Kamarotina suffers because of your unlawful use of the platform or your breach of these Terms. This does not apply where such an indemnity is not enforceable, and it never covers Kamarotina's own unlawful conduct.

24. Suspension and termination

Subject to applicable law, we may restrict, suspend or remove user or supplier accounts for fraud, illegal activity, serious breaches of these Terms, security abuse, misrepresentation or repeated misuse. We explain the reason for a restriction where required and offer a route to complain.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version is published with a version number and effective date, and previous accepted versions are retained. Where a material change requires it, we ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the affected features.

26. Governing law

The governing law will be stated here once the registered entity and legal review are finalised. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are never waived.

27. Dispute resolution

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. The competent courts will be stated here once legal review is finalised; mandatory jurisdiction rules that protect consumers continue to apply.

The English version of these Terms controls in case of inconsistency between language versions, subject to applicable law.
