Supplier Terms
The terms that apply to businesses listed on, or applying to, Kamarotina.

1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to any business that applies for a listing, claims a profile, requests verification or is listed with its consent on Kamarotina.
2. Accuracy and authority
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to represent the business. You will keep prices, availability, contact details and service areas up to date.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your business, representations, products, services, prices, availability, delivery, commercial terms, taxes, VAT, receipts, invoices, permits, licences, product and service compliance, applicable consumer or business obligations, refunds and warranties where applicable, and claims relating to your own products and services.
4. No agency
Listing on Kamarotina creates no partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, agency or fiduciary relationship. You must not describe yourself as an official Kamarotina agent or representative unless separately authorised in writing.
5. Verified status
Verified status is granted, maintained and withdrawn solely by Kamarotina according to the Verification Policy. Applying does not create a right to the badge. You must not display or claim Verified status you do not hold, and you must not present Verification as a Kamarotina guarantee of your services.
6. Ranking
Search placement follows the parameters published in the Supplier Ranking Policy. Verified suppliers may receive ranking priority. Any sponsored placement, if introduced, will be clearly labelled as such.
7. Lawful conduct
You will comply with applicable law, hold any required licences and permits, and will not upload illegal, fraudulent, infringing or misleading content.
8. Suspension and removal
Subject to applicable law, we may restrict, suspend or remove a listing for fraud, illegality, serious breach, misrepresentation, misuse of the Verified badge or repeated substantiated reports. We give a statement of reasons where required and a route to complain.
9. Transactions with users
Orders placed by users are agreed directly between you and the user. Kamarotina is not the buyer, seller or payment processor for those transactions and does not currently collect payment on your behalf.
